The Driver Era to Headline Rock ‘N Roosevelt

The Driver Era was announced as the headliner for this year’s Rock ‘N Roosevelt concert. The musical duo consists of brothers Ross and Rocky Lynch, with the former known best from his time on Disney Channel’s show Austin & Ally.

The two siblings were originally part of the larger music group R5, which included their other siblings Riker and Rydel. In 2018, Ross Lynch announced that only he and Rocky would be starting a new musical adventure together as The Driver Era.

As of now, they have over 700,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and their debut single, “The Preacher Man,” has nearly 4 million views on YouTube. The duo primarily performs alternative rock and released their first album, X, in June 2019.

Rock ‘N Roosevelt is annually planned by students of Eleanor Roosevelt College and will take place this year on Friday, March 6 at Price Center Ballroom West. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with performances starting at 7:30 p.m. The concert is free for all undergraduate students with a valid student I.D.
